At #VDR Viadellerose, we want you to be completely satisfied with your avant-garde fashion pieces. If your purchase isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or visit our returns portal to select the items you wish to return and receive your unique Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all #VDR designer tags attached; items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
